The space

Located on the ground floor of a unique architectural complex, this expansive loft is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and equipped with every modern comfort for a truly indulgent and secluded getaway.

One of the most captivating features of this stunning loft is the private patio, where guests can enjoy a serene outdoor space complete with a small private plunge pool—perfect for cooling off under the sun or unwinding in the tranquil jungle setting.

The loft’s double-height layout allows natural light to pour in through floor-to-ceiling windows, highlighting the refined interior design and creating a bright, airy, and luxurious ambiance from the moment you walk in.

A plush king-size bed ensures restful nights, while the spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen—featuring a large flat-screen TV—make it easy to relax, entertain, or cook at your leisure.

For your convenience, the loft includes essential kitchenware, beach and bath towels, shower gel, and shampoo. The neighbourhood

Mistiq Temple II sits in a peaceful, developing area surrounded by jungle and away from the busy main roads. Although there aren't many restaurants, shops, or cafes around. You’re very close to both the beach and the hipster neighborhood of La Veleta. A quick ride takes you straight to the shoreline, beach clubs, and the hotel zone. It’s the perfect balance: a relaxing base where you can disconnect, with the beach and all the action just minutes away.

House rules

INTERNAL LODGING REGULATION

1. In order to enter the Mistiq facilities, the use of wristbands is mandatory for each guest, during the whole stay.

2. It is not possible to change a booking that was previously reserved and assigned to a specific apartment.

3. No extra bed sheets are provided other than those included in your check in unit.

4. At the time of check in, the guest must leave a security deposit, which will be returned upon departure if there is no shortage or damage to the property.

5. The entry of food and alcoholic beverages in the pool area is strictly prohibited.

6. Pets are alowed at Mistiq with extra cost but they are strictly prohibited from entering the pool area and each guest is responsible for their care.

7. It is forbidden to listen to loud music in rooms and any area of the condominium, parties in rooms are prohibited. By ignoring this, the guest renounces his contract of stay and may be evicted right away.

8. Physical or verbal aggressions are not allowed to any collaborator or guests.

9. The hours of the pools are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and rough games are prohibited, the use of glassware in the pool is also prohibited.

10. Nudity in public and exhibitions of a sexual nature are seriously punishable by law, it is a family condominium.

11. The extraction of pillows, sheets or towels from the rooms is not allowed, in case of damage to the linens in the room, the housekeeper will set up an automatic charge per damaged piece.

12. It is strictly forbidden for people who are not guests to enter rooms or other areas of the condominium, unless they want to add a person to their reservation, the corresponding procedures must be carried out for their registration and payment of the accommodation fee respectively.

13. The use of drugs or illegal substances in rooms and areas of the condominium is prohibited, since they are seriously penalized and will be consigned to the corresponding authorities.

14. In case of violating the regulations, they will be expelled from the condominium and, where appropriate, consigned to the corresponding authorities.

15. In case of loss of the towels, TV controls and main door keys, the cost will be charged to guests.

16. When a guest makes use of the parking lot of the condominium, he must place his car in an assigned space, the establishment is not responsible for partial or total damage to the vehicle or objects left inside. Any vehicle that was not registered at the reception will be removed from the parking lot, the designated space is one car per apartment.

17. The condominium is not responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen objects within the facilities. Objects or valuables forgotten by guests in the rooms will remain in the custody of the administration of the condominium for a term of 60 days, after this period has concluded and as there is no claim, they will be discarded.

18. Mistiq is not responsible during the rainy and hurricane season for the lack or failure of electricity, internet and water services, since these are variable in the area.

19. The cleaning service should be requested 24 hours in advance and it will have an extra cost.

20. All guests, when leaving their room have the obligation to leave the doors, windows, water taps closed, as well as returning the keys of their apartment, to the administration.

21. Cleaning and maintenance hours are only from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

22. Each apartment is furnished, decorated and contains amenities different from the others since it belongs to different owners, who manage the administration of their unit with Mistiq, so these are not transferable and interchangeable between apartments.

23. These policies are for your protection and to ensure that each guest enjoys their stay in the condominium.

24. As a condo, daily cleaning is not included in the reservation.

Please complete the following information and return it to reception before entering the room, report any damage found when entering the room.

Note: You are fully responsible for the damage caused to the room, from your entry, any damage not reported at the beginning will be charged 4 times its value upon leaving the condominium. Damage to property is considered vandalism. We emphasize the importance and seriousness of this letter for the safety of all and also to be able to fully enjoy your stay.

Mistiq Temple II is a residential condominium, not a hotel. Each unit is individually owned and managed with care by the Mistiq Rentals team to offer you a home-like experience.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber – wir haben uns dort wirklich wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner Nachteil war der Spalt unter der Haustür, durch den leider Insekten ins Haus gelangen konnten. Vielleicht lässt sich das leicht beheben. Die Kommunikation lief über WA, war jedoch manchmal etwas schwierig. Es gab Missverständnisse und die Antworten kamen teils mit Verzögerung. Das WLAN funktionierte anfangs nicht – es lag am falschen Passwort. Leider wurde das Problem erst nach etwa einer Woche gelöst. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ruhig und idyllisch, ideal zum Abschalten. Allerdings ist der Weg von der Hauptstraße zum Airbnb nicht asphaltiert und dadurch sehr holprig. Mit dem Auto dauert dieser kurze Abschnitt statt 1 Minute eher 7 Minuten. Ein wichtiger Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: In der Unterkunft gibt es keinen Handyempfang – Empfang hat man erst wieder in Tulum Stadt.

The place is in itself great, but lots of constructions around and the road to get there is war ! Other than that is just personal preference …we thought it was a bit far from the action/bar/restaurants/shops !

Great place—super clean, beautifully decorated, good location, and the apartment complex is amazing with greenery, pools, and views. The host communicated very well and was responsive to questions. The pool did not have water in it when we first got there but they sent someone to fix it within a day when I notified them. Also helped with getting kitchen supplies. As described, the road there is super rough so car/scooter/ATV recommended. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the main Tulum town and 10 minutes to the beach areas. Great value—it’s as nice or nicer than other places in Tulum that cost 3x as much.

This is a very beautiful apartment in a brand new complex. They have great amenities and even offer room service! As the listing mentions, you definitely need a car to get to it and expect construction noise.

Un alojamiento muy bonito, excelente para ir en pareja, recomiendo prever como se moveran al alojamiento, pues todavía no está pavimentada la calle que lleva a el y está un poco retirado del centro

Great place and would stay again. It is in a new development area so the road is not the best but not a deal breaker. Definitely rent a car. All in all good place and beautiful views from pool.

El unico detalle que no me gusto, fue que hay muchos cienpies pequeños en toda la planta baja, incluyendo el area de albercas y tampoco pude usar el jacuzzi porque la verdad si hbaia demasiados, da un poco de miedo porque se suben a las camillas y paredes y creo que si deberían contrar eso, de ahi en mas el lugar esta de 10
