This incredible 2-level loft apartment with huge windows and direct access to the pools is conveniently located between Tulum city center and Tulum Hotel Zone. It features a modern and unique architectural space surrounded by tropical nature, yet equipped with all the technological amenities to ensure an exclusive and comfortable stay. The space combines abundant natural light with great privacy and beautiful views of the surrounding nature. Fine furniture and decoration will make you feel at home, creating a fresh, luxurious, and cozy atmosphere from the moment you arrive:
Mistiq Temple II sits in a peaceful, developing area surrounded by jungle and away from the busy main roads. Although there aren't many restaurants, shops, or cafes around. You’re very close to both the beach and the hipster neighborhood of La Veleta. A quick ride takes you straight to the shoreline, beach clubs, and the hotel zone. It’s the perfect balance: a relaxing base where you can disconnect, with the beach and all the action just minutes away.
INTERNAL LODGING REGULATION
1. In order to enter the Mistiq facilities, the use of wristbands is mandatory for each guest, during the whole stay.
2. It is not possible to change a booking that was previously reserved and assigned to a specific apartment.
3. No extra bed sheets are provided other than those included in your check in unit.
4. At the time of check in, the guest must leave a security deposit, which will be returned upon departure if there is no shortage or damage to the property.
5. The entry of food and alcoholic beverages in the pool area is strictly prohibited.
6. Pets are alowed at Mistiq with extra cost but they are strictly prohibited from entering the pool area and each guest is responsible for their care.
7. It is forbidden to listen to loud music in rooms and any area of the condominium, parties in rooms are prohibited. By ignoring this, the guest renounces his contract of stay and may be evicted right away.
8. Physical or verbal aggressions are not allowed to any collaborator or guests.
9. The hours of the pools are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and rough games are prohibited, the use of glassware in the pool is also prohibited.
10. Nudity in public and exhibitions of a sexual nature are seriously punishable by law, it is a family condominium.
11. The extraction of pillows, sheets or towels from the rooms is not allowed, in case of damage to the linens in the room, the housekeeper will set up an automatic charge per damaged piece.
12. It is strictly forbidden for people who are not guests to enter rooms or other areas of the condominium, unless they want to add a person to their reservation, the corresponding procedures must be carried out for their registration and payment of the accommodation fee respectively.
13. The use of drugs or illegal substances in rooms and areas of the condominium is prohibited, since they are seriously penalized and will be consigned to the corresponding authorities.
14. In case of violating the regulations, they will be expelled from the condominium and, where appropriate, consigned to the corresponding authorities.
15. In case of loss of the towels, TV controls and main door keys, the cost will be charged to guests.
16. When a guest makes use of the parking lot of the condominium, he must place his car in an assigned space, the establishment is not responsible for partial or total damage to the vehicle or objects left inside. Any vehicle that was not registered at the reception will be removed from the parking lot, the designated space is one car per apartment.
17. The condominium is not responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen objects within the facilities. Objects or valuables forgotten by guests in the rooms will remain in the custody of the administration of the condominium for a term of 60 days, after this period has concluded and as there is no claim, they will be discarded.
18. Mistiq is not responsible during the rainy and hurricane season for the lack or failure of electricity, internet and water services, since these are variable in the area.
19. The cleaning service should be requested 24 hours in advance and it will have an extra cost.
20. All guests, when leaving their room have the obligation to leave the doors, windows, water taps closed, as well as returning the keys of their apartment, to the administration.
21. Cleaning and maintenance hours are only from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
22. Each apartment is furnished, decorated and contains amenities different from the others since it belongs to different owners, who manage the administration of their unit with Mistiq, so these are not transferable and interchangeable between apartments.
23. These policies are for your protection and to ensure that each guest enjoys their stay in the condominium.
24. As a condo, daily cleaning is not included in the reservation.
Please complete the following information and return it to reception before entering the room, report any damage found when entering the room.
Note: You are fully responsible for the damage caused to the room, from your entry, any damage not reported at the beginning will be charged 4 times its value upon leaving the condominium. Damage to property is considered vandalism. We emphasize the importance and seriousness of this letter for the safety of all and also to be able to fully enjoy your stay.

April 2025Pasamos nervios al no recibir la información ni confirmación por mensaje de nuestra estadía. Tuve que llamar a airbnb y escribir al anfitrión llamando y escribiendo por wpp para recibir algo de info. Por mensaje fue descortés y nos cobró 15 dólares extra para poder dejar las valijas seguras y el check in. El lugar hermoso, lástima las calles en construcción de tierra con muchos pozos. No nos sentimos nada cómodos con la atención ni el recibimiento. Recomendamos el lugar pero no la experiencia con este anfitrión. Esperamos las calles mejoren pronto también.

February 2025J’ai adoré l’endroit. Propre, confortable! Tulum est en développement depuis plusieurs années. Vous aurez certainement besoin d’un transport pour vous déplacer puisque les rues ne sont pas encore prêtes pour marcher et plus difficiles à vélo. Un scooter ou encore mieux, un 4roues est l’idéal pour profiter de votre séjour. Le Mistiq Temple II est magnifique et bien entretenu. Wifi est bon, l’eau chaude fonctionne bien. Le restaurant au Temple I est bien mais pas toujours ouvert selon les heures. Mais vous pourrez commander facilement avec Tomato

February 2025Stayed at this location just myself for 4 days & 3 nights. Pro’s - price & location (about 15 min each way from beach & the pueblo) - property itself was gorgeous (wish I had a day to enjoy being just there) - 24 hr front desk (helped me call a very reliable taxi driver late night) - room service (I didn’t use but saw other people in the pool area order & thought it was a got) Cons - the bathroom looks like it could use a touch up/little fixing - couch had some stains, had to lay a towel to feel comfortable sitting on it - I wish the owner had provided me instructions sooner, caused a bit of headache when checking in All in all I would recommend if you need a quick getaway & I would book again.

February 2025I loved our stay at Mistiq! The loft was amazing, and we really enjoyed the jungle atmosphere. Big plus was the gym (spacious, well equipped), and a the pools. It is convenient to have a car rental, as the place is bit secluded with a bumpy road. There is a free parking on the premises. The host was really helpful and responsive. Great value for the money - we would definitely love to come back!

February 2025The location was on a rough road, but alot of the roads in Tulum are rough so that didn’t bother me. Once i got used to my surroundings, I realized that the beach was about a 6 minute drive in one direction and the main city area was about the same amount of time in the opposite direction, so great location. The pool areas were absolutely beautiful and so was the rest of the grounds. A lot of beautiful greenery surrounded the building which was a very nice touch. Our loft was very clean besides the couch. The couch was filthy. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

January 2025This place has a lot of potential but it is clear this host is in the beginning stages of their Airbnb journey. Things like blankets for the second bed were not provided. Taxis to and from the location are ridiculously expensive because the road to the place is really bad. Having seen the other rooms on the property this one in particular is very basic. The receptionist made us decide to leave Tulum early as they were unwilling to hold our bags as they claimed that it was not their responsibility if things went missing. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs in Tulum and this place had no food on site or stores nearby. The view from the roof top was breathtaking though and the place itself is nice I just expected more I guess. Tulum has gotten very predatory with their prices so being secluded in a place like this is something to consider before arriving.

November 2024Second stay with Mistiq but first time at Temple 2. Everything as described and staff were always attentive and helpful. Like Temple 1 the stay here is much better with a truck or SUV as the road to the complex is still very rough.

August 2024Loved it! The Loft is well equipped, with high speed internet - WiFi and good air conditioning. Waking up and seeing the trees through the big window is an amazing feeling. Loved the gym and the swimming pools, especially on the rooftops with stunning views, for sunrise and sunsets! The staff and the concierge were very helpful for my journey. Can’t wait to come back ! August 2024We’ve visited Mexico and Tulum few times and definitely this Loft is the best :) The jungle in the middle of the residence is stunning, you hear the birds all day long. Very quiet and calm. The common areas, pools and gym, are perfect! This apartment has a an excellent Internet WiFi, equipments, furnitures and decoration : all good ! The staff at Mistiq was very kind and helpful!

August 2024I loved my stay in this Loft. The residence is really quiet at night, it has many pools :) For daytime, to socialise, I liked a lot the Cenote pool in the center ; and the rooftop pools for the sunrise and sunsets views! The apt had everything I needed. It has a specific Internet WiFi, which worked very well. Looking forward to coming back to Tulum!
