Crucial points to consider before booking:
The condominium is located in an isolated area, away from the main avenue and in an area where there are no restaurants or commercial establishments. It is highly recommended to have a scooter or a car to access it.
Although Kukulkan Avenue is fully paved, the road leading to Temple Mistiq II is still unpaved, meaning guests will have to drive through six unpaved blocks to reach the condominium.
Region 15 is constantly developing, and although our condominium is fully completed, construction noise may be heard from nearby construction sites.
